From I-5 take exit 1D for Fourth Plain Blvd.
Head east on E Fourth Plain Blvd.
At St Johns Blvd turn Right into the VA Medical Center entrance,
then right after the first stop sign. Destination will be on the left --
Clark County Center for Community Health. Main entrance is on 2nd floor.
